Shopify reviewers can use the same support address for test-account questions, managed-pricing setup questions, or public app verification follow-ups. Persona LM's public Shopify app lane uses Shopify-native install, managed pricing when enabled, and Level 1 protected customer data only.
For privacy, customer-data access, redaction, shop-redaction, or uninstall deletion questions, email hello@persona-lm.com and include the Shopify shop domain when available. Our public Shopify data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
For urgent security or production availability concerns, include "Urgent Shopify app" in the subject line so the request can be routed separately from routine support.
