Use of the Service

Persona LM provides customer segmentation, product demand analysis, and merchant-facing recommendations for ecommerce stores. Merchants are responsible for making sure their use of Persona LM, Shopify, and connected marketing tools complies with their own legal, privacy, and customer communication obligations.

Shopify Public App Lane

In the public Shopify app lane, Persona LM reads Shopify order and product data, computes merchant-owned customer segments, and writes PLM-owned segment tags back to Shopify. Public Shopify app reviewers and merchants should not be routed through Stripe checkout for app access. App Store billing, when enabled, is handled through Shopify managed pricing or another Shopify-approved billing path.

Data and Privacy

Persona LM's public Shopify app data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. The public app does not collect customer names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, or postal codes. Merchants must not use Persona LM to upload data that they do not have the right to process.

Acceptable Use

Merchants may not use Persona LM to send unlawful communications, evade Shopify or platform policies, misuse customer data, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service operation, or attempt to access another merchant's data.

Refunds and Cancellation

Paid tiers carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund or cancel, email hello@persona-lm.com within 30 days of your charge — no questions asked. Subscriptions (drip and managed) can be canceled anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and keeps access through the current period. The free audit is yours to keep regardless.
