For brands running Meta Ads · $500K–$5M GMV

There's spend in your Meta account chasing the wrong buyers.

Connect Meta and your store. We audit your ad spend against your real purchase data — which cohorts actually convert, which lookalikes are leaking budget, and the 18 audiences worth testing next.

What we actually do

We find where the money is. Name the buyer who can move it. Write the campaign.

We read twelve months of orders from your store, your email tool, and Google Analytics. We come back with three things: where the money is, who can move it, and the campaign that does. Free, on screen in a few minutes. The brief unlocks five more archetypes and all 18 campaigns. Sample shown; yours will be specific to your store.

  1. 01

We find where the money is.

Five dimensions scored: revenue capture, e-commerce health, email, traffic + SEO, paid media. Each one gets a grade against brands in your revenue band, plus the dollar opportunity sitting on the table.

  2. 02

We name the buyer who can move it.

The archetype driving the most revenue, named from your real orders. Not a persona we made up. The audit on screen names this one. The brief names all six.

  3. 03

We write the campaign that closes the gap.

Subject, body, audience filter, send timing. The brief gives you eighteen of them — three per archetype.

What's in the brief

Four things in the brief, every time.

  • Your six buyer archetypes.

Named groups built from purchase frequency, order value, category mix, and timing. Not 'segments' — distinct archetypes with profiles you can actually talk about with your team. The audit on screen names the top one. The brief names all six.

1 free, 6 in the brief

    e.g. “The Reorder Loyalist” · 11% of buyers · 38% of revenue

  • Where the money is.

Which archetype drives what share of revenue, which one is most underserved by your current email program, and which one is leaking margin to discounts that don't need to exist.

    Revenue × archetype

Usually one archetype = 30–45% of revenue, and you are not emailing them differently.

  • The activation map.

Two to four specific places your data says there's revenue you haven't reached yet. Gaps that show up in transaction patterns but never make it into standard analytics or platform reports.

    2–4 unreached pockets

e.g. “Buyers who bought twice in 60 days, never re-engaged after day 90.”

  • 18 campaign briefs.

Three ranked campaigns per archetype. Subject line, audience definition, send window, the angle, and the segment logic in Klaviyo / Mailchimp / Omnisend syntax. Ship the top three this month, work the rest as you have time.

    3 campaigns × 6 archetypes

Top three are ranked by which ones we'd bet on beating what you're already sending.

Persona LM is an audit and a campaign service. It runs on your Meta Ads data, your email tool, and your Google Analytics. Nothing to log into, nothing to check every morning. You get a one-screen audit, free. Then — if you want it — the full brief for $129, a fresh campaign every Monday at $50/mo, or done-for-you at $500/mo. Pick the one that fits your week.

  • 5 minto connect
  • ~5 minto audit

  • A fresh campaign brief every Monday: subject, preview, body copy, the audience filter, and the send time

  • A five-week scorecard so you can see whether the drip is actually moving the number
  • Drip W1–W5 stay yours on this workspace forever, even if you cancel
  • Prefer commitment? 90 days for $135 or a year for $450 (three months free) — pick at checkout

Who it's for: Operators who already have an email person — or do it themselves — and just need a new angle queued up each week.

Choose after your audit
Want a hand running it?

Managed is available on the strategy call.

If you'd rather not touch the work, we write, build, and send the campaigns into your ESP and ad platform every Monday. End-to-end. We talk through fit on the 30-minute call that lands after your audit.

30-day money-back guarantee
If the drip doesn't earn its keep in your first 30 days, we refund you in full. We'd rather not keep a client than keep an unhappy one.
Getting started

Four steps. Most of them are ours.

You connect once, then it's our work until the audit lands on screen.

01

You connect.

About five minutes. Meta Ads, your email tool, and Google Analytics. The analytics connection is what lets the audit show which leaks are traffic problems vs customer problems. Read-only access, revocable in one click.

02

We run the audit.

A few minutes. You don't have to do anything.

03

You see the audit.

Your top archetype, named on screen, with the dollar potential and the campaign that closes the gap. Free.

04

You decide.

Unlock the full brief for $129 once, take a fresh campaign every Monday for $50/mo, or just keep the audit. We talk Managed on the call if you want a hand running it.

Questions

What we get asked.

The questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, hit reply on hello@persona-lm.com.

One

Is this just another segmentation tool?

No. Segmentation tools sort customers into groups you define. We name the groups your data is already forming on its own, then tell you what to send each one. The output is campaigns, not a dashboard.

Two

Why Meta Ads?

Because most Meta operators are underserved by the agencies and tools built for Shopify — and the data is just as rich. Shopify support is in beta. If you're on Shopify, ask us and we'll tell you where we're at.

Three

What do you actually see in our data?

Order history, customer email addresses, line items, timestamps. Read-only. We never see passwords or payment information, and you can revoke access in one click.

Four

How big does my store need to be?

We work best with stores doing $500K–$5M GMV. Below that, there's usually not enough data to build reliable archetypes. Above it, we can still help — worth a quick call first.

Five

How is this different from hiring an email agency?

Most agencies start with best practices and bend them to fit you. We start with your buyers' actual behavior and build the campaigns backward from what your data says. Also: our entry is $50/mo, not $4,000/mo.

Six

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month-to-month. No annual contract, no setup fee, no termination clause.

Day 0 · run the audit

In a few minutes you'll know where the money is in your store. More than you do right now.

Free audit. Five-minute setup. No credit card. We run a handful of new audits a week — if we're full, we'll tell you when the next slot opens.
